What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first Personal Training session with a new client consists of discussing personal goals, their fitness background, take measurements, and make recommendations, then build a program based on the clients needs, and complete a workout. Online Training clients will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to submit an assessment and picture. Then the client will receive a customized 30 day program and Meal Plan (when applicable) within 24-48hours.

What types of customers have you worked with and what is your training style?

We have experience working with adolescents, small groups, obese, injured, clients without a fitness background and those with an advanced fitness level. I utilize Steady State Progressive Programming and gradually incorporate High Intensity Programs with a combination of supersets, circuits, and various systems so you will be able to gradually achieve results minus the torture!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was struggling with living an unhealthy lifestyle so I decided to put use to my gym membership and fell in love with my physical and mental progress. Shortly after, management at my local  gym approached me and acknowledged my improvement and dedication then offered me a position as a trainer and I haven't looked back since!
